Our story
The Larson Firm is a boutique law firm focused on delivering focused, practical legal advice to businesses and business owners on general corporate, ESOP and M&A transactions. Our founding partner, Drew Larson, has experience as the owner of a family owned manufacturing business and as a co-founder and partner at CoRise Capital Fund, an ESOP-focused investment fund. This experience gives our clients the opportunity to work with someone that has been on their side of the table, understands what a business owner needs, and can deliver legal analysis that is actionable and actually solves problems.
