Hannah Rupp

As a founding attorney at The Larson Firm, my practice focuses on general corporate law as well as ESOP and M&A transactions. I work with clients to identify business goals and provide the best insight and solutions to achieve those goals. I strive to provide a practical and detail-oriented approach to deliver efficient and business-focused solutions.

I graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Marketing from the Tippie College of Business. After receiving my undergraduate degree, I spent a few years at a marketing agency prior to attending Drake University Law School. While at Drake, I served as the Projects Editor for Drake Law Review and was a member of the ABA Moot Court Team. In addition to my experience as an associate corporate attorney, I worked as an attorney for the Iowa Department of Revenue.
