Founding Attorney

Marc Danielson

As a founding attorney at The Larson Firm, I primarily practice in the traditional M&A and ESOP transaction space. I seek to deeply understand client’s situations. I want to understand your goals, both short-term and long-term, and address both challenges and opportunities alongside you. Life is rarely simple, and neither are legal decisions. I strive to deliver you clear, straightforward, and actionable legal advice— rather than impossible to understand legalese. I will work to identify and address the needs of your business or family and the people who make it run. I strive to be your first call when faced with either a challenge or an opportunity.

I was born in South Texas and grew up in a small town in Southern Colorado. I completed my undergraduate degree at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado, graduating with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. After graduating, I moved to Des Moines to attend Drake University Law School where I was a recipient of the Crookham Scholarship and a Cady Law Opportunity Fellow. While at Drake Law, I worked as a student attorney for two semesters at the Drake Legal Clinic and worked as a research assistant for Professor Allan Vestal. I graduated from Drake Law in 2023, with honors and a Business Law Certificate.

In my spare time, I love to play tennis, ice hockey, and watch Formula 1. I will also never turn down an invitation to a car show.
